Gentlemen; It is not often that one discovers a service which goes far beyond one's expectations. When we experienced a flood in the basement recently, the carpet was stained badly. We called ServiceMaster for help. The men who came out visited us twice on time, their work was done with such expertise that there is no hint of the original stain. The carpet was reinstalled and pinned down very well. We are delighted with their work. It looks as good as new.
